OwnPhase is operated by Pelham Enterprises, LLC. OwnPhase is currently an early-access waitlist. The information on this site is for education and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect:

• Symptom check answers. The responses you choose in the symptom check (for example, age range and the symptoms you select). We treat these as self-reported and non-clinical.
• Email address. So we can save your results and contact you about early access.
• Usage and device data. Basic analytics such as pages viewed, the version of the page you saw, and general device or browser information.

• To show you a personalized read of your symptom check.
• To contact you about early access and your waitlist spot.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to remember which version of the page you were shown (so your experience stays consistent), and for product analytics through PostHog, which helps us understand how people move through the site. We route analytics through our own domain. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own targeted advertising. We share information only with:

• Service providers that run our infrastructure on our behalf, such as our hosting and database provider (Supabase) and our analytics provider (PostHog), under agreements that limit their use of the data.
• Legal and safety reasons, if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers, if the OwnPhase program is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@ownphase.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. For example, California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights regarding sensitive personal information (which can include health-related details). Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. We honor recognized browser privacy signals where required.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we delete it on request. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

OwnPhase is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
